AMS-Oiler™ Oil Precharger (AMK)
The AMS-Oiler® is a high-tech oil pre-charger that puts an end to
potential dry-engine starting. Typically, an engine that has sat for
even a short period of time will operate relatively dry upon starting
before oil is able to fully lubricate the system. The AMS-Oiler®
operates as an engine oil reservoir, charged under pressure directly
from the oil pump output during normal engine operation. Upon turning
the ignition key to the on position, up to 160 cc’s (5.4 oz.) of oil
are discharged from the reservoir to engine surfaces, building oil
pressure and providing vital lubrication.
By-pass Oil Filter Mounting
Kits (BF)
The Ea By-Pass Oil Filter (EaBP)
provides the best possible filtration protection against wear and oil
degradation. Working in conjunction with the engine’s full-flow oil
filter, the AMSOIL Ea By-Pass Filter operates by filtering oil on a
“partial-flow” basis. It draws approximately 10 percent of the oil
pump’s capacity at any one time and traps the extremely small,
wear-causing contaminants that full-flow filters can’t remove. The
AMSOIL Ea Bypass Filter typically filters all the oil in the system
several times an hour, so the engine continuously receives
analytically clean oil.
AMSOIL EaBP Filters have an efficiency of
98.7 percent at two microns. At normal operating RPMs the EaBP Filter
will filter all of the oil in a typical five quart sump in less than
10 minutes.
Marine Dual Remote Filtration
System(BMK-18)
The BMK-18 is packaged in kit form, which includes the Dual filter
mount, mounting hardware, hoses, hose fittings, component parts and
installation instructions. In addition, adapter kits of four different
sizes enable the BMK-18 to be installed on a wide variety of
recreational and light commercial marine engines.
The Marine Dual Remote Filtration System (BMK-18) offers easily
accessible remote mounting capability for a full flow spin-on oil
filter and a spin-on style by-pass oil filter. This unique combination
of both full flow and by-pass filtration on a single mounting manifold
is the only system of this kind designed specifically for marine
applications.
EaBP
By-Pass Filters (EABP)
The Ea By-Pass Oil Filter (EaBP) provides the best possible filtration
protection against wear and oil degradation. Working in conjunction
with the engine’s full-flow oil filter, the AMSOIL Ea By-Pass Filter
operates by filtering oil on a “partial-flow” basis. It draws
approximately 10 percent of the oil pump’s capacity at any one time
and traps the extremely small, wear-causing contaminants that
full-flow filters can’t remove. The AMSOIL Ea Bypass Filter typically
filters all the oil in the system several times an hour, so the engine
continuously receives analytically clean oil.

At normal operating RPMs the EaBP Filter will filter all of the oil in
a typical five quart sump in less than 10 minutes.
Spin-On
By-Pass Oil Filter Replacement Elements (BE_FILTERS)
AMSOIL Spin-On By-Pass Oil Filters
remove particles down to less than 1 micron in size. Keeping your oil
analytically clean like this means reduced maintenance and increased
engine life.
AMSOIL
Ea Oil Filters (EaO)
Made with premium-grade
full synthetic media. Ea Oil Filters feature advanced full synthetic
nanofiber technology, making them the highest efficiency filters that
are available for the auto/light truck market. AMSOIL EaO Filters are
guaranteed for 25,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first, when
used in conjunction with AMSOIL Synthetic Motor Oil in gasoline and
diesel vehicles in normal service, 15,000 miles in severe service.
AMSOIL Ea Oil Filters have the best
efficiency rating in the industry. EaO Filters provide a filtering
efficiency in accordance with industry standard ISO 4548-12 of 98.7
percent at 15 microns, while competitive filters containing
conventional cellulose medias range from 40 to 80 percent efficiency.
Ea Motorcycle Oil Filters (EaOM)
AMSOIL INC. revolutionized the filtration industry with
its introduction of AMSOIL Ea Air and Ea Oil Filters. For the first time
exclusive nanofiber technology – the same technology used in the Abrams M1
tank and other heavy duty applications – was made available for automotive
applications. Now, AMSOIL has made this outstanding new technology available
for motorcycles.
Because the nanofibers in AMSOIL Ea Motorcycle Oil Filter media are
so small, there are more pores per square inch, allowing for higher
dirt-holding capacity and lower pressure drop compared to traditional filter
medias. Thinner media fibers produce more uniform pore size distribution,
improving the filter’s overall ability to capture and retain particles.
Donaldson
Endurance™ Oil Filters for
heavy duty applications(ELF)
Donaldson Endurance lube filters are made using
exclusive advanced synthetic media technologies. Synthetic media
technology delivers cost saving benefits with:
• Extended Service Life • Greater engine protection
to prolong engine and equipment life • Improved lubricant flow •
Improved cold start performance • Reduced operating costs
Donaldson Endurance™ oil filters are made with premium advanced
synthetic media technology that results in fibers that have a
controlled size, shape and smaller fiber diameter.
The controlled media manufacturing process allows
Donaldson Endurance™ oil filters to deliver both higher dirt holding
capacity at the same pressure differential and higher efficiency
compared to conventional cellulose filters. The synthetic media also
has better durability with usage.
Throughout the service life of a cellulose filter, hot oil will
degrade the resins that bind the media. The synthetic media technology
uses a wire screen backing pleated with the media, resulting in
superior strength.
Donaldson Endurance™ oil filters offer extended service intervals,
greater engine protection to prolong engine and equipment life,
improved lubricant flow, improved cold start performance and lower
operating costs.
Oil Analysis
Kits (OAI)
AMSOIL provides oil analysis service options. By analyzing used engine
oil, a qualified lab can detect mechanical problems your engine may
have.
The Sampling Process
Trend Analysis
A single sampling analysis is useful in providing information when
critical failure conditions exist. However, trend analysis is a better
tool for estimating the useful life or overall condition of your
engine or equipment. Trend analysis samples are taken and analyzed at
regularly scheduled intervals. Comparing the most recent analysis to
previous reports on a given machine shows the development of trends.
Monitoring these trends enables early detection of internal
abnormalities. Tested values falling within acceptable limits may show
a pattern of subtle variance, which could signal a developing problem.
Machines of the same type will accumulate contaminants and wear at
different rates. Performing trend analysis on each machine is the most
effective method of giving you an internal look at your equipment and
enabling you to deal with developing problems before they become
catastrophic situations.
