Tractor Hydraulic/Transmission Oil SAE 5W-30(ATH)
AMSOIL Synthetic Tractor Hydraulic/Transmission Oil is an “all
weather” Universal Tractor Transmission Oil (UTTO) engineered to meet
the tough demands of heavy-duty, hydraulic-powered farm and commercial
equipment. Its unique formulation of synthetic base stocks and
additives effectively reduces wear, resists heat, protects against
rust and extends fluid and equipment service life. Synthetic Tractor
Hydraulic/Transmission Oil is recommended for extended oil drains
based on oil analysis.
AMSOIL Synthetic Tractor
Hydraulic/Transmission Oil operates over a wide range of temperatures.
It has a high viscosity index to maintain its lubricity at high
operating temperatures, and it flows at temperatures as low as -47°F
(-44°C) for improved equipment operation and wear protection at low
temperatures. Synthetic Tractor Hydraulic/Transmission Oil exceeds the
most demanding “all weather” specifications of both Ford New Holland
FNHA-2-C-200 & 2-C-201 and John Deere J20C & J20D, eliminating the
need for seasonal oil changes.
AMSOIL Synthetic AW Series Antiwear Hydraulic Oils are
shear-stable, long-life lubricants based on high-quality synthetic oil
technology. These oils are formulated with a premium additive system
that inhibits oxidation to prevent acid formation and viscosity
increase and inhibit rust and foam (providing smooth hydraulic
operation). AW Oils contain a very effective zinc-based antiwear/antioxidant
additive which controls wear in high-speed, high-pressure vane and
gear pumps while meeting the lubrication requirements of axial piston
pumps with bronze-on-steel metallurgy. AW Oils meet the requirements
for Maximum Efficiency Hydraulic Fluid (mehf) and can lower costs
and/or increase productivity in mobile equipment by 6 to 15%. Improved
pump efficiency can increase hydraulic power, reduce fuel consumption
and improve productivity. They are designed for long life and
typically reduce maintenance costs by extending drain intervals and
reducing labor costs, repairs and downtime.

Synthetic
TBI ISO 32/46 Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil (TBI)
AMSOIL TBI hydraulic oil is a
premium lubricant designed to biodegrade to its natural state when subjected
to sunlight, water and microbial activity. Because it is formulated with
ashless additives that do not contain heavy metals, TBI has a very low
toxicity level.
AMSOIL TBI
incorporates very high-quality synthetic base oils that provide
thermal stability, even though they are biodegradable. TBI also
contains antiwear additives that have been thoroughly tested and
qualified against stringent hydraulic oil standards including Denison
HF-0, HF-1 and HF-2, Vickers M-2950-S and I-286-S and Cincinnati
Milacron P-68 and P-70. TBI provides optimum protection for
hydraulics, preventing pump wear and rusting of critical components.
It also contains antioxidants that increase oil life and foam
inhibitors that quickly release air from the oil.
Based on
high-quality, synthetic oil chemistry that better withstands heat and
lasts longer, TBI outperforms vegetable oil-type, biodegradable
hydraulic oils, ensuring problem-free operation.
